Enlightenment #1

Ԑ- Advertisers use a trademark name to sell you morally-appealing values.
Ex. Starbucks Fair Trade coffee isnt fair trade - the name is Fair Trade Coffee.
Ex. McDonald's 100% Angus Beef burger isn't 100% Angus Beef - that's its name.

Ԑ- Wording is key in advertisements. Advertisers cash in on your assumptions.
Ex. The Body Shop products say "AGAINST ANIMAL TESTING" but just because they're against it, doesn't mean they don't do it.

Ԑ- American Apparel products ironically aren't made in America.

Ԑ- There is such thing as age discrimination and both young and old are victims of it - apparently most middle-aged are exempted, what reason do they have to have a mid-life crisis?

Ԑ- 20% of the world's people hold 80% of the world's wealth and the remaining 80% of the world survive on only 20% of the world's wealth.
